Finally, the Ordinary Domicile of the Good Angels is the Highest Heaven, the Host of which they are, 1 Kings 22:19, where they behold the face of God, Matthew 18:10; where they stand ready to serve Him, Daniel 7:10; and whence they have the name of heavenly Angels, Matthew 24:36.  From which, nevertheless, they are variously sent to serve God, Hebrews 1:14, without the diminishment of their Felicity:  compare ODÉ, Commentario de Angelis, section V, chapter II, pages 685-688.

This reflection on angels and their dwelling place is beautiful, and it even makes me think about how every small, thoughtful choice in daily life—from what we study to what we wear, even choosing a piece from a thrift shop vintage clothing store—can be a quiet way of honoring the God who orders both the heavenly and earthly details of our lives.
