[1] Balthasar Willius (1606-1656) was a German Reformed pastor and theologian.  He served as Professor of Practical Philosophy (1628-1644), and then as Professor of Theology (1644-1656), at Bremen.  He commented on the Post-exilic Minor Prophets, the Gospels, and the Apostolic Epistles.

[2] Exercitatio Sacra in Haggæum Eiusque maxime Prophetiam de Messia Gloria Domus Secundæ.

Dr. Steven Dilday holds a BA in Religion and Philosophy from Campbell University, a Master of Arts in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia), and both a Master of Divinity and a  Ph.D. in Puritan History and Literature from Whitefield Theological Seminary.  He is also the translator of Matthew Poole's Synopsis of Biblical Interpreters and Bernardinus De Moor’s Didactico-Elenctic Theology.
